Welcome to Hocking Hills Real Media!
We are a husband & wife (Zach & Kaitlyn) team serving the Hocking Hills region, as well as Vinton, Ross, Jackson, and Athens Counties.
We bring properties to life through high-quality photography and videography, helping potential buyers and guests envision themselves in the space. Based in McArthur, Ohio, we specialize in real estate and short-term rental media, capturing the unique charm of homes, cabins, and attractions in the Hocking Hills region.
Our business was born out of a passion for storytelling through visuals and a desire to support local property owners with professional, home-grown media services—without relying on companies hours away that have no connection to the area. Since picking up a camera in 2019, I have honed my craft, blending love for travel and photography to create immersive content that highlights not just properties, but the lifestyle and experience they offer.
Beyond real estate media, I (Zach) work as a retail project manager, helping major brands like Walmart and Target create engaging content that sells. This expertise in consumer engagement carries over into every shoot, ensuring that our visuals don't just look great—they drive interest and bookings.
Whether you're looking to showcase a stunning rental property or capture the essence of a home for sale, Hocking Hills Real Media is dedicated to delivering visuals that tell a compelling story.
Let’s bring your property to life!

Our Method
For photography, we use a combination of HDR, Flambient, and Natural-light images depending on the needs of our client. We prefer flambient for real estate to avoid color-casts on homes, and natural light on vacation rentals to represent a relaxing or moody aesthetic.
Interested in a more stylistic approach for a vacation rental? We're happy to accommodate you to bring to life cozy cabins, romantic stays, and relaxing front porches.
K.E.Y.
We operate on what we call the Key method for photo & video
Keep it Wide
Showcase the entire space in as much detail as possible. This ensures your audience sees everything there is to offer.
Emphasize the Details
Focus on close ups of the details that matter. The interior design, fireplaces, cabinetry, flooring; all the things that are selling points.
Your story
Or in this case, their story. These are the perspectives that let your audience visualize living in a space. What's the view from the kitchen window look like from the coffee pot. A bookshelf in study. Where you'd see yourself hosting with friends.
